Monday – Thursday 

7:00 – getting up.
7:15 – exercising (jogging, exercises, football).
7:45 – tea and coffee break.
8:00 – housekeeping.
8:30 – breakfast.
9:00 – morning circle (meeting).
9:45 – giving reports, sharing experiences (about the work carried out in a programme).
10:45 – work.
11:45 – tea/coffee and cake break.
12:00 – work.
14:00 – dinner.
15:00 – lectures, sessions with a psychologist.
16:00 – sports (football, volleyball, table-tennis, gym, aerobics).
17:00 – private time.
18:00 – individual therapy. 12-step programme.
20:00 – supper.
20:30 – evening circle of feelings (sharing feelings and situations encountered).
21:00 – free time.
23:00 – bed time.  

Friday  

7:00 – getting up.
7:15 – exercising (jogging, exercises, football).
7:45 – tea and coffee break.

17:00 - “Meikštų dvaras” NA group.
18:00 – free time.
20:00 – supper.
24:00 – bed time.  

Saturday

9:00 – getting up, full-scale housekeeping.
10:00 – breakfast.
10:30 – cleaning the territory.
11:00 – free time (library, billiards, gym, table games).
12:00 – lecture of a psychologist-psychotherapist (Dr. Valius Sruoga).
13:00 – tea/coffee with cake.
15:00 – dinner.
15:30 – free time (library, billiards, gym, table games, sauna).
20:00 – supper.
20:30 – free time (library, billiards, gym, table games, sauna).
24:00 – bed time.  

Sunday

9:00 – getting up, housekeeping.
10:00 – breakfast.
10:30 – cleaning the territory.
11:00 – free time (library, billiards, gym, table games).
13:00 – tea/coffee with cake.
15:00 – dinner.
